Your only responsibility is to promote the mentorship opportunity to your members. We provide ready-to-use content, co-branded materials, and handle all the operational work — matching, onboarding, tracking, and support.
Mentors should have at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally with some management or leadership experience. They commit to 1 hour per month for 12 months of virtual mentorship.
We serve undergraduate students at US colleges pursuing degrees in Business, IT, or Engineering. Students commit to 1 hour per month for 12 months and must be motivated to grow professionally.
We provide quarterly impact reports showing how many of your members are participating as mentors or mentees, along with aggregated feedback and outcomes data.
