As a Learning and Development Program Lead supporting brokerage at Amwins, I design and deliver strategic learning experiences that empower our teams to grow, perform, and lead with confidence. I’m passionate about aligning development programs with business goals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and equipping professionals with the tools they need to thrive in a dynamic industry. Prior Experience

In my roles at Red Ventures and Coke Consolidated, I led summer internships and new college grad onboarding. These positions enabled me to mentor individual students, particularly those seeking full-time careers, through the application and interview process. Additionally, I've coached younger colleagues on salary negotiations and delivering performance feedback.
