Prior Experience
I have been actively developing and mentoring talent through our Young Professionals Teammate Resource Group (YoPro), where I help plan and facilitate mentorship sessions, recruit internal mentors, and lead peer‑pod breakouts; our efforts have grown the community to well over one hundred members and focus on practical skills like networking, confidence building, and career ownership. I also volunteer with the Latin American Coalition’s high school mentorship program in Charlotte, supporting bilingual students with college readiness, goal setting, and introductions to careers in business and operations. In my roles at Coca‑Cola Consolidated, I’ve mentored prior employees and new teammates designing and delivering onboarding and training, coaching early‑career colleagues on process mapping, data stewardship, and cross‑functional collaboration, and building tools that reduce launch errors and improve execution. My approach combines structured frameworks, hands‑on practice, and consistent accountability so each mentee
Why Mentor?
I want to be a Sparks mentor because service and development are core to how I work and lead. In my role as an Enterprise Business Process Manager at Coca‑Cola Consolidated, I design cross‑functional workflows and coach teams through data‑driven problem solving. I’ve seen how quickly people grow when someone helps them translate classroom learning into practical habits clarifying goals, mapping processes, and building confidence to ask the right questions. Through our Young Professionals (YoPro) efforts, I’ve built mentoring and leadership content and love watching early‑career talent find their voice. Sparks lets me extend that impact to college students in our Charlotte community, especially those entering corporate environments for the first time. I’m bilingual (English/Spanish) and comfortable with tools like Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365, so I can support mentees with career pathing, resume/LinkedIn polish, informational interviews, and project‑based problem solving. Most of all, I want mentees to leave each session with a clear next step and the belief that they can and will thrive.
