Bio

Daniela Caspio is a Sales Manager at Insight Global -- one of the nation's largest staffing and professional services firms -- and is based at the firm’s global headquarters in Atlanta, where she leads and develops high‑performing sales teams while driving strategic growth across commercial accounts.
With extensive experience in sales strategy development, account and territory management, and B2B business development, Daniela has built her career around delivering results while investing deeply in people. She is known for cultivating strong client relationships and empowering teams to perform at their highest potential.
As a mentor, Daniela is passionate about supporting early‑career professionals as they build confidence, navigate the expanded responsibilities of post‑graduate life, and develop the skills required to grow into leadership roles. Her approach centers on practical skill‑building, constructive feedback, and intentional confidence development, informed by her experience across leadership consulting, nonprofit administration, and enterprise IT organizations.
Daniela brings an approachable, candid, and results‑driven style to mentorship and is especially energized by working with mentees who are eager to strengthen their leadership presence, refine their sales strategy, and prepare for the next stage of their career journey.

Prior Experience

I bring extensive experience mentoring individuals in the post‑graduate and early‑career phase. As a Phi Mu Leadership Consultant, I spent a year traveling to more than 30 colleges and universities, where my primary responsibility was mentoring and guiding collegiate women serving in executive committee leadership roles within their sororities. I worked particularly closely with the Penn State chapter, visiting monthly for week‑long engagements during which I met one‑on‑one with each executive committee member to support their personal and professional development, financial literacy, and recruitment strategy. In addition, I facilitated chapter‑wide workshops focused on résumé development, interview preparation, and role‑play exercises.
In my role as Associate Director of Corporate Fundraising at United Way, I was responsible for the creation, execution, and management of the organization’s internship program. This included recruiting interns at on‑campus events, designing a structured semester‑long curriculum, and managing the cohort on a daily basis. I played an integral role in the professional development of these young adults, with a clear focus on preparing them to successfully secure their first full‑time roles after graduation.
Currently, in my role at Insight Global, the majority of the employees I hire and develop are new college graduates. Mentoring these individuals -- both personally and professionally -- is a core part of my role. This includes weekly mentorship meetings focused on areas such as personal finance and budgeting, leadership coaching, and foundational professional skill development, all with the goal of helping them achieve their full potential early in their careers

Why Mentor?

I feel particularly lucky to have had a robust support system during my collegiate experience and post-grad. I was surrounded by influential mentors, successful role models, and had access to a wide network which was integral in kickstarting my professional career. I recognize how privileged I am to have had this opportunity, and my goal in being a Sparks mentor is to utilize my broad network and access to a wide range of career opportunities to give back to others and help them in the same way. I believe working in staffing and recruiting gives me a unique perspective as a mentor and allows me to provide skillful career coaching with my first-hand knowledge of the workforce and market trends.
