No. The Workplace Partnership is completely free. SetFire Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit funded by donations — not by employer or member fees.
Mostly just spreading the word internally. We provide all the materials — flyers, talking points, intranet copy, and an enrollment link your team can share with employees, their families, and interns. We handle everything else: mentor onboarding, matching, ongoing support, and reporting.
Every mentor completes a vetted application, signs a code of conduct and waiver, and goes through structured platform-guided onboarding. Students are 18+ adults attending US colleges. Quarterly surveys catch issues early, and our team actively supports every mentorship.
Every partner gets a dedicated Workplace Partner Portal where you can see who from your organization has applied, their high-level status, and live program metrics — so you always know the impact your partnership is creating.
Currently, Sparks serves students attending US colleges and mentors based in the United States. If your organization has US-based employees and families, we can partner — even if you also have international operations.
