How and why SetFire Foundation sends text messages to Sparks Mentorship Program participants — and how to opt out anytime.
By providing your phone number and checking the opt-in box, you consent to receive SMS text messages from SetFire Foundation at the number provided. SMS messaging is a requirement for participating in the Sparks Mentorship Program as it is critical for communicating key alerts to participants. These messages will never be used for marketing purposes. If you do not opt in, you cannot complete membership registration, and we will not save your phone number or send any SMS messages.
Message Frequency & Purpose
You will receive approximately 5 messages before your mentorship begins and 2 messages near the end of your mentorship. These are transactional notifications designed to alert you about important emails that may be filtered to spam or junk folders — they are not marketing or promotional messages.
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier's plan. SetFire Foundation does not charge for these messages, but your carrier may.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us, and your participation in the Sparks Mentorship Program will be concluded.
