Event Summary: Information session for experienced professionals interested in becoming mentors in the Sparks Mentorship Program. Attendees will learn about mentor qualifications, responsibilities, and the structured 12-month mentorship process. The presentation covers the comprehensive platform including Lumen goal-tracking system, extensive student resources, and mentor support tools. Participants will understand the application process, student matching system, and time commitment (60-90 minutes monthly).
