Lumen Has Launched! We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Lumen on January 17! Designed to enhance mentorship success, Lumen empowers mentors and students in the Sparks Mentorship Program to collaborate seamlessly on goal-setting, action planning, and progress management. By providing a clear and intuitive platform, Lumen shines a light on the path to success, ensuring students stay on track and achieve their full potential. We’re excited to see how Lumen will transform the mentorship journey and help our students reach new heights!

Todd Craighead has joined the Sparks Mentorship Program as a mentor! With over 25 years of experience in business transformation for Fortune 100 companies, Todd brings expertise in methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM. He has worked at Exxon, The Coca-Cola Company, and as a management consultant, gaining valuable insights across industries and functions like Innovation, Supply Chain, and IT. Todd’s leadership philosophy, inspired by his experience as an athlete and coach, focuses on teamwork and alignment. His expertise and guidance will be a valuable asset to our Sparks students!
