Lumen Has Launched! We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Lumen on January 17! Designed to enhance mentorship success, Lumen empowers mentors and students in the Sparks Mentorship Program to collaborate seamlessly on goal-setting, action planning, and progress management. By providing a clear and intuitive platform, Lumen shines a light on the path to success, ensuring students stay on track and achieve their full potential. We’re excited to see how Lumen will transform the mentorship journey and help our students reach new heights!

Morgan, a Business Management junior at North Greenville University, also pursuing a minor in Accounting, has been accepted into the Sparks Mentorship Program and paired with a mentor! We’re thrilled to support her as she embarks on this exciting journey of growth and achievement.

Lisa O'Dell has joined the Sparks Mentorship Program as a mentor! With 32 years at Ingersoll Rand, Lisa brings expertise in sales, management, and leadership. Passionate about supporting female talent, she led the Women's Emerging Leadership program in 2022 to help women advance their careers. Her guidance will be a valuable asset to our Sparks students!

Effective January 2025, Dena Schweitzer will join our Advisory Board to guide our next phase of growth and outreach. With over 30 years as an educator and licensed Speech/Language Pathologist, Dena brings expertise and dedication to student success. Her leadership in creating innovative educational programs and passion for making a difference will greatly benefit the Sparks Mentorship Program. Welcome, Dena!

Todd Craighead has joined the Sparks Mentorship Program as a mentor! With over 25 years of experience in business transformation for Fortune 100 companies, Todd brings expertise in methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM. He has worked at Exxon, The Coca-Cola Company, and as a management consultant, gaining valuable insights across industries and functions like Innovation, Supply Chain, and IT. Todd’s leadership philosophy, inspired by his experience as an athlete and coach, focuses on teamwork and alignment. His expertise and guidance will be a valuable asset to our Sparks students!
