Billy has joined the Sparks Mentorship Program as a mentor! He brings 34 years of experience at SEW-Eurodrive, where he has spent 24 years in engineering management roles. As a Clemson University-trained Electrical Engineer with deep roots in upstate South Carolina, Billy has extensive experience managing co-op engineers for 15 years. His commitment to mentorship extends beyond the workplace—he has been actively mentoring K-12 public school students for more than 20 years. As a husband and father of five, he brings a well-rounded perspective on balancing professional excellence with personal and family commitments. Billy's combination of industry expertise and proven track record of developing young talent makes him a valuable addition to our mentorship program.
