Prior Experience
I currently lead the men's bible study group st my church. I also lead a small group within the larger group where I disciple/mentor other men.
Why Mentor?
Over the years, through many trials in the secular workforce, I’ve grown — not just professionally, but personally. I’ve matured, strengthened, and developed a deep sense of emotional intelligence. One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is this: work should not become your identity.
I’ve made my share of mistakes, but I’ve learned from each one. They’ve shaped me, humbled me, and taught me what truly matters. I’ve witnessed the workplace evolve — moving from smaller businesses that treated employees like family to massive, private-equity-driven corporations where the culture often promotes a “me first” agenda.
Today, we seem more enamored with titles and paychecks than with true knowledge and ability. In many cases, who you know outweighs what you know. That shift has left many feeling unseen, replaceable, and disillusioned.
But I believe there’s hope.
My desire is to share the mistakes, observations, and wisdom I’ve gathered with the next generation entering the workforce. I want to be a guiding light in a world that often feels dark, and to remind young professionals that they are not alone. Most importantly, I want them to know that God loves them deeply and wants them to have a sucessful and rewarding career.
