Bio
I’m a Senior Manager of Business Intelligence who enjoys bringing together data, technology, and people to solve real problems. Over the years, I’ve worked on projects that use automation, analytics, and AI to help teams work smarter and more efficiently. What I enjoy most, though, is supporting others in their growth. Whether it’s helping someone build new skills, gain confidence, or figure out what’s next in their journey, I find a lot of meaning in being a sounding board and encouraging others to thrive. I believe in staying curious, asking thoughtful questions, and learning together along the way.
Prior Experience
I’ve had the opportunity to mentor and develop individuals both formally and informally throughout my career. I’ve guided new hires and junior team members by providing onboarding support, technical training, and career development coaching. In leadership roles, I’ve conducted regular one-on-ones focused on goal setting, feedback, and skill-building. I also enjoy identifying growth opportunities for others and fostering a supportive environment that encourages learning, innovation, and confidence. My approach is rooted in active listening, empathy, and tailoring support to individual needs.
Why Mentor?
I want to be a Sparks mentor because I know how much of a difference the right support can make. I’ve had mentors who helped me see things in myself that I couldn’t yet see, and that shaped who I am today. I really enjoy helping others grow, whether it's talking through challenges, celebrating wins, or just being a sounding board. Sparks feels like a great way to give back, connect with new talent, and keep learning from others along the way.
