My career has taken me on a lot of twists and turns. Starting with a passion in politics and public service, I became disenchanted and made an early shift to software development and management information systems (MIS). After a good run, I earned my MBA and pivoted again into supply chain planning and business strategy. I've worked in multiple industries including veterinary care, MIS consulting, health insurance, food manufacturing, durable consumer goods and apparel.

My wife, Kristin, has always been an entrepreneur, and I've been her partner in several ventures as a side hustle to my regular employment. In 2018, we founded Brightside Coworking, a coworking space for health and wellness-oriented professionals, which we currently run together.

Prior Experience

Earlier in my career, I taught computer programming classes at our local community college. More recently, I've been helping folks in the earlier stages of their career to earn professional credentials in supply chain planning.

Why Mentor?

In my career, I've benefited greatly from leaders who invested in and prioritized mentorship and professional development to help me advance my skills. As I am not in the later stage of my career, it makes sense to pay this benefit forward.
