Bio
I am a Director of Marketing and Planning at The Coca-Cola Company, with a background spanning brand strategy, communications operations, and stakeholder alignment. I've led multifunctional teams, shaped global campaigns, and built scalable processes to empower others to perform with clarity and impact. I'm passionate about helping emerging leaders unlock their potential, navigate uncertainty, and grow confidence. Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering, cultural exploration, and mentoring young professionals - especially those from underrepresented backgrounds.
Prior Experience
I've mentored interns, college seniors, early career professionals, and cross functional peers in both formal and informal settings. This includes coaching team members on career development, leadership presence, and communication effectiveness. I've also supported high potential individuals in navigating transitions from student to professional and from individual contributor to leader. Most recently I've a college senior at Georgia Tech navigate the path forward from student to professional in a complex economy/environment.
Why Mentor?
I want to be a mentor because i believe the right guidance can shift someone's entire path - and I've seen and experienced that firsthand. As someone who benefited from strong mentors early in my career, I am committed to paying it forward. I especially want to support sutdents who are navigating first-generation experiences, imposter syndrome, or navigating the space between realities and expectations when it comes to planning and transitioning from being a student to a working professional. I am excited to be a sounding board, cheerleader, and resource for students who are just beginning to learn how to trust their voice, take up space, and think bigger than they might know to so they can build the future they want.
