Derek Delisle, CPA, is a senior manager in the CFO Accounting and Advisory Practice, specializing in financial strategy, operational excellence, and inventory costing. With a foundation in manufacturing and production, Derek has consistently delivered transformative results—boosting profits, accelerating inventory turnover, and enhancing vendor performance across global operations.
He brings extensive experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, having led the evaluation and selection of storage partners based on reliability, cost-efficiency, and capacity. His in-depth knowledge of 3PL pricing models, including storage fees, handling charges, and value-added services, has enabled him to streamline logistics operations and drive significant cost savings.
Derek’s prior leadership roles include serving as general manager for a licensed apparel manufacturer and holding director positions in sourcing and finance at a Fortune 500 retailer.
