Bio

I am a change leader with the ability to connect people and strategy, bringing over two decades of experience as a global supply chain executive. With a career spanning Aerospace, Automotive, and Pharmaceutical industries, I have worked across complex, matrixed organizations—bridging the shop floor with the boardroom to deliver measurable impact.

An experienced Lean and Six Sigma practitioner, I thrive on challenging the status quo and inspiring improvement in every aspect of an operation. My leadership style is rooted in candor, humility, and an entrepreneurial spirit—balanced by a passion for coaching others and developing the next generation of supply chain leaders.

Throughout my career, I have built credibility and trust with customers, employees, regulators, and community stakeholders alike. My track record demonstrates consistent value delivery through transformation, operational excellence, and people-focused leadership. Above all, I believe in staying hungry, remaining humble, and never losing the drive to make things better. I went into the military (USMC) instead of going to college and started to hone my supply chain skills even before I knew this would be my career path. I love supply chain and when I say I have a passion, it's true!

Prior Experience

Yes, over 15 years of service in mentoring the next generation of professionals. This included mentorship programs at Thermo Fisher, GE and Rolls Royce in addition to professional programs CSCMP Mentorship and Mentorship Light, and the DMSCA Corporate Mentoring Program. I have also served ASCM for nearly 17 years.

Why Mentor?

1. Give Back – Mentorship is a chance to share knowledge and experiences with the next generation of leaders, helping others avoid pitfalls and accelerate their growth.

2. Shape the Future of the Profession – By mentoring, you contribute to building stronger supply chain talent pipelines, ensuring the field continues to evolve and thrive.

3. Personal Fulfillment – There’s tremendous satisfaction in seeing someone succeed because of your guidance, encouragement, or challenge at the right moment.

4. Fresh Perspectives – Mentees bring new ideas, energy, and curiosity. Mentors often learn just as much, gaining insights into emerging trends and how younger professionals view the world.

5. Strengthen Leadership Skills – Coaching, listening, and advising sharpen your own leadership abilities and emotional intelligence.
