I’m an industrial designer and entrepreneur based in Roswell, GA with over 20 years of experience helping companies bring physical products to life, from early concepts to production. I run two businesses: Crafted by, a product development consultancy, and BAIR, a small brand focused on tech accessories. I’ve worked across categories like consumer electronics, soft goods, retail displays, and tech, with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 brands.

Prior Experience

I’ve led teams, mentored junior designers, and reviewed countless portfolios over the years. I’ve given talks at multiple universities and worked closely with design students looking to sharpen their process, storytelling, and professional positioning. I’m especially interested in helping younger designers navigate the messy, real-world side of industrial design, not just how to make something beautiful, but how to make it manufacturable, relevant, and profitable.

Why Mentor?

Because I’ve been where they are. Design school only shows a slice of what this career looks like. I want to help someone make better choices earlier, about their projects, their path, and how they present themselves. If I can help one student avoid the mistakes I made or find a better foothold, that’s worth my time.
