Bio
I am an HR & Talent Partner for Ingevity (a chemical manufacturing company). I have been with this company since 2018, the first two years onsite at HQ in North Charleston, SC and I have been remotely based in Dallas, TX since 2020. I have a BS in Psychology from Northeastern University and an MS in Human Resource Management from Temple University. My experience spans across core HR functions (benefits, employee relations, policy development, and all things recruitment/talent acquisition).
Prior Experience
I have not formally mentored in the past, but I am the go-to for all friends and family who are in the job market or who need advice on career direction.
Why Mentor?
I want to be a Sparks member because it would have been so helpful for me to have had one during college. I had a wonderful co-op program at Northeastern University, but because I wasn't sure on career direction, I didn't optimize its potential. I would love to be able to answer questions and help guide decisions toward a career path.
