Why Mentor?
I want to be a Sparks mentor because I’m passionate about supporting first-generation students and underrepresented minorities as they navigate their academic and professional journeys. Having mentored freshman and sophomore students through programs like ADPList RISE Professionals, I’ve seen firsthand how access to guidance, encouragement, and relatable mentorship can make a meaningful difference.
