Prior Experience
Throughout my career, I’ve mentored and developed individuals at multiple stages, from university interns and early-career professionals to senior managers and emerging leaders. In my roles across finance, audit, compliance, and sustainability, I’ve led teams globally and provided structured coaching on career development, performance improvement, leadership skills, and navigating complex professional environments.
I’ve also designed and delivered training programs and workshops, served as a trusted advisor to high-potential talent, and regularly mentor individuals on topics such as career path selection, executive communication, and translating academic learning into real-world impact.
Why Mentor?
I want to be a Sparks mentor because I believe access to perspective, encouragement, and practical guidance can be transformative at the undergraduate stage. I’ve spent my career navigating complex career decisions across finance, compliance, and sustainability, and I’m motivated to help students shorten that learning curve with honest, real-world insight.
Beyond career advice, I enjoy helping students build confidence, clarify their strengths, and connect what they’re learning in the classroom to meaningful professional paths. Mentorship has played a critical role in my own development, and becoming a Sparks mentor is a way to pay that forward in a structured, purposeful way aligned with SetFire’s mission.
